Understanding the role of a Fund Member’s Guardian

Thursday, 13 September 2018 at 12pm AEST

The Fund Member’s Guardian can play a vital role in participating in the management of a member’s superannuation interest(s), most likely in circumstances where the member suffers a legal incapacity or upon death of the member.

In this webinar, Aaron Dunn and Chris Hill will look at the appointment of a Fund Member’s Guardian and how you as the trusted adviser / professional can help add an extra layer of protection with a member’s benefit from potential abuse or mismanagement by other trustees or directors.
